Tap Is Good for More Than Your Feet.
Dance combines physical movement, coordination, balance, memory, musicality, and creativity in a way that makes exercise feel less like exercise and more like something you actually want to do.
💪 Move Your Body
Dance builds strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, cardiovascular endurance, and body awareness.
🧠 Challenge Your Brain
Learning choreography requires memory, concentration, sequencing, and coordination, giving your brain a workout right along with your body.
❤️ Support Your Well-Being
Physical activity can help reduce stress, improve mood, and support overall emotional well-being. Dance adds music, creativity, and connection to the experience.
🎶 Find Your Rhythm
Tap gets you moving with music while developing timing, musicality, coordination, and confidence.
👯♀️ Connect With Others
Adult dance classes are a great way to meet people, laugh, learn something new, and be part of a community.
✨ Do Something for YOU
You spend enough time taking care of everyone and everything else. Give yourself an hour to move, learn, laugh, and have fun.

"I am loving it at B Sharp! They are so welcoming and kind and the level of instruction is so high. I danced for 12 years and it’s so nice to get back into it at a professional studio that has adult classes. The classes are challenging but fun and I’m so happy I found them!" -Heather, Adult Dance Student
